Tried and Tested: Kanebo Kate Powderless Liquid Foundation
Hi! I wore the Kanebo Kate Powderless Liquid for Cover Foundation to test it and have a little break from Estee Lauder Double Wear. I like the built-in spf20 on top of my Neutrogena Spf50 Sunblock. More sun protection is always better. True to its name, it comes in liquid form, but dries into powder finish so it’s a good foundation for oily skin (sometimes with dry patches tsk) as it doesn’t add more shine. Oh, and it gives sheer to medium coverage and can be applied by hand or brush. I personally use a foundation stippling brush (from Etude House). This goes for P1,200 which I find reasonable given amount of product you get. Don’t forget to dab a bit of powder (I trust Mac Blot Powder) to set.
This definitely tops in my foundation chart. Mac Studio Fix Powder Foundation being at the top of my list (because it has served me well for years and also a pan lasts me more than a year with daily use!).
Ooh, I love this lip combination! The YSL 9 Caress Pink and YSL 23 Caress Pink weren’t my favorite colors when worn alone, BUT with the YSL 2 Blond Sensuel, they’re pure love. Well, for me, that is.;)
